Hey there.
This morning I experienced the worst back spasm I have had in a long long time. It felt as if something had been completely knocked out of place in the bottom of my back and honestly it still feels out of the ordinary now. Wanting to cry and being unable to in fear of hurting myself even more was horrifically distressing, so all I could do was try and fall asleep.
Once I had awoken I took things slowly and managed to shower and get ready, before heading out to see my grandad and his wife. It was lovely to see them actually, and less bickering was happening for once which was wonderful! We were there longer than expected though and I am starting to feel slightly stressed about the fact that I need to get this essay done by tomorrow realistically.
The photos of the day are from my nans; the first being from the path outside her house, and the second being my favourite garden ornament she had outside.
I shall be off now to get on with this essay, and get over the 1000 word mark by the time I go to sleep. In a while, crocodile!
