Day #56

Hey there!

This has been a very, very long day. As well as busy. As Will and I woke up early this morning we decided to join the rest of his family on an outing to Roughtor - a large hill with loads of rocks. Being a geographer I was in heaven. We then had to kill time before Will's parents took me to the train station, so I could go back to Kent.

We went to Tintagel for a lovely (huge) Cornish pasty and a little relax. On the way to Bodmin Station, Will's dad took us along to wear his ancestors used to work, live, and eventually buried - it was lovely to be able to see some more history of the area.

I have had about 6 hours worth of travelling back to Folkestone today, so on top of that climb this morning it has been a long, long day. I am super glad to be home for Christmas, but I definitely am going to miss Will lots - it was horrible saying goodbye to him, even if just for a few days.

I am now off to do some wrapping and all that Christmassy stuff, so I'll see you on the flip side!

Becca x
