Hey there!
Today I had my interview at Port Lympne to work within the Mansion Hotel during events. Being in the mansion was amazing, as it is decorated so ornately and interestingly. The interview was relaxed again, which really calmed my nerves as for some reason I got super nervous before. I was in the middle of the zoo for free and was so tempted to go round, however I decided it wasn't the best time to do it as I was on my own and dressed pretty smartly.
There is more good news though, as on the spot I was offered the job. I wasn't expecting this, but was very happy and accepted it. This means that I now have two summer jobs, which could be interesting. The event staff job will train me up in bar work which will be extremely useful if I need to get a small job at uni. Mother and I had a few glasses of prosecco tonight to celebrate which has been super lovely.
