Hey there.
Being out properly working is crazy. Out of the training room there's is a need to be much more independent. As today was my first day in the actual call centre I made a few mistakes as could be expected, however I am becoming more confident already. As I've been at work 10-6 I haven't done much else today, and I have work at 8 tomorrow so it's an early night for me.
