Okay so my photo today is a bit of a cheat, but it makes me so happy. I love baking, and love the Great British Bake Off, and this was the special commendation of the week. A lion made out of bread - amazing!
This was genuinely the highlight of my day as I haven't been very well. I did have to go to work today which was uncomfortable as it wasn't busy meaning I had nothing to distract me. This led to an evening of a pharmacy trip, and watching food programmes despite feeling unwell.
I hope the bread lion made you smile like I did,
