Hey there.
Apart from day three of four in a row of work, I've actually been relaxing. I've had my Slendertone on all morning, then had my dinner at lunch time because of the timing I was at work. When I got home tonight mother and I took the dog out. It's pretty creepy walking around the village when it's dark now as they've started turning all the street lights off. THis meant we only stayed on the main road up to the memorial, but some exercise is better than none.
