hey there.
today is now day three without a phone, and the potential is that I could be this way for another two weeks. I've spent about and hour on the phone to Apple today trying various ways to sort the problem but to no avail so it needs to be fixed - be that sent off or done in store. that is the most exciting part of my day, as i have just been as work as usual. I've changed my hours for tomorrow though so that I am only in for 4 hours. I'm also not in until 5pm so I have the day to run my errands.
