Hey there!
I woke up bright and early this morning and felt refreshed, which was lovely to feel like that again. As I said yesterday it is weigh in day, and the results are good so far! I have lost 3 pounds in two days (well pretty much a day and a half), as well as an inch off my chest and waist, and half an inch off my hips. This is good and has given me enthusiasm to carry on with this - it's worth it for sure.
As I couldn't sleep I decided to do my daily exercise. Today I did 15 minutes of Just Dance-ing, and then went on a 25 minute walk, before 10 o'clock. That's good for me! I'll hopefully go out later too but that is weather dependent, and at the moment it doesn't bode so well.
I had a nap today, much like a crazy student does. This evening is going to be spent just relaxing with my family, as my sister is driving back to London tomorrow morning early. I am back to work tomorrow but not until the afternoon, so hopefully I'll be able to have a lie in.
