Today Will and I went on a spontaneous day out, and ended up at Wingham Wildlife Park! I'm so happy as I've wanted to go there for months now, and it was a lovely day to go with - and pretty good company too. I used to work there as a volunteer a year and a half ago, so it was good to go back. Everything has changed and updated so much though and it is pretty amazing now. Walking into the lemur walkthrough (which I used to run) it was wonderful as the lemurs were jumping on me and going for cuddles, I know they don't remember me but I can hope. The only thing I think would improve the park is if they had elephants - but I'm just biased as they will always be my favourite animal. I will not rest until I meet one in person! Spending the day with Will again was lovely and really valued, as we probably won't see each other until next week now as we are both working.
Tomorrow I start at the War and Peace Show so it's an early night for me! Sleep tight,
